It's all about giving back!

The EnVision World team believes in each one teach one and
know that it's all about giving back.  This is the reason why we have
established the Shadow Mentor Program (SMP) and the College
Internship Program (CIP) to educate, guide qualified individuals about
the in and outs of the music industry.  In addition, EnVision Entertainment
will provide the SMP and CIP participants with place to gain valuable hands
on training and experience in the music industry.

The are minute differences between the SMP and CIP, but the goals are the same.
  The SMP is targeted towards the individuals who are not college students, but have
the urge and desire for a career in the music business.  It's an opportunity for the youths
that are heading down the wrong paths of life to get off the streets and channel their talents
to create a positive career experience for themselves in the music industry.  It's also an
opportunity for those individuals who dream of about a career in music industry to make
their dreams come to life.  The CIP is self explanatory, it's an internship program for College
students with interest in a career in the music industry.  We seek the brightest minds, and we
nurture and develop these College interns, preparing them for a successful career in the music industry.

Both programs are primarily volunteer programs with some paid positions available.  The paid positions depend on your background and experience.
